Solterra Resort is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. Kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, approximately 8 minutes away. Heated Pool Fee: $50 per night During your reservation we offer the heated pool at a fee of $50 per night. The fee is to offset the cost of the electric utility since the pool heater runs off the homes electricity. Please let us know in advance if you'd like the pool heated. Also keep in mind the pool can only be heated approximately 20Β° above the outside temperature. Grill Fee: $40 per stay During your reservation if you need to use the Grill please let us know in advance so we can ensure the tank is full. Parking: Only a maximum of 5 cars are allowed per property. You can park up to 2 cars in the driveway. There is also ample parking on the street. Additional guest parking is available nearby. Please abide by the community regulations and street signs while parking Children Safety: For the safety of your children and others, please ensure that children are never left unattended in the pool area or game room. Always supervise them when using these amenities. No Smoking or Vaping: $500 Fine Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house, pool area, and game room. If you need to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking area and dispose of your butts responsibly. Pool Rules: Use the pool at your own risk. The pool is not supervised, and guests swim at their own risk. No diving or jumping into the pool. Shallow areas should be used for entry and exit only. No glassware or sharp objects near the pool. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers. No lifeguard on duty. Swim responsibly and in a manner that ensures everyone's safety. Please do not adjust pool equipment settings; if you encounter any issues, notify us immediately. Game Room Rules: Respect the game room equipment and games. Any damage or loss may result in additional charges. Keep the noise level down in the game room, especially during late hours to avoid disturbing neighbors. Return all equipment and games to their proper places after use. No food or beverages inside the game room. Please enjoy refreshments in the designated areas. Quiet Hours: $255 Noise complaint fine. We have quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. Please be mindful of other neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Security: This is a gated community that also has its own private security team. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Pest Control: PLEASE KEEP ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE Florida is known for its beautiful weather and beaches and is home to some pesky critters and bugs. For example the "no seeum" mosquito and lizards. We have our home treated by a professional pest control company once a month but to avoid any issues please keep all doors and windows closed when possible. Just book you will love it here !! Beautiful upscale up to date spotless 6 bed room house .. 2 beds with bath downstairs 4 upstairs .. located in solterra resort area it’s a couple miles to hit the interstate to get to Disney .. there is everything you need to cook pots & pans wise the game room is convenient for the kids & the pool is deep on one side so it makes it enjoyable for all ages .. gated community felt safe .. KD and roochi were awesome host very responsive & answered all questions I had .. I will try to stay here in the future πŸ™‚ thanks guys

KD and Roochi were excellent hosts. They checked on us daily to make sure everything was going well. Their home was the best of any airbnb we reserved. The home was beautiful, calm and relaxing. I even had a company come out and detailed my cars. This is a great home in the Davenport/Kissimmee area.
